Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at lumaire2026@gmail.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
